Yassine Kharrat is a Tunisian artist renowned for his versatility and creativity across multiple disciplines. His artistic journey began with a strong foundation in physical movement through parkour and free-running, which led to his recruitment by the Centre Méditerranéen de Danse Contemporaine (CMDC) in Tunis. There, he honed his skills in contemporary dance over four years, complemented by a year of classical ballet training at the École de Danse Classique Serguei Diaghilev. Yassine holds a degree in Graphic Arts and Advertising from the École d’Art et de Décoration (EAD) in Tunis. His artistic passions span performance, sculpting, photography, painting, photo manipulation, and music. He has performed across Tunisia and internationally, gracing stages at events like the Festival de Nice in 2019 and Hamburg's Biennale of Kampnagel in 2020. Yassine has also exhibited his visual artworks at various events and exhibitions, while his role as a DJ and curator of mixes for international radios has solidified his reputation in the local club scene and underground music culture. Deeply connected to nature, he finds solace and inspiration in activities like camping, hiking, climbing, and cliff jumping, which offer him a grounding connection to the Earth.
